Warranty and Return At Fashionista Club, we prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams meticulously inspect your items before shipping to ensure guaranteed product quality. However, we advise you to carefully check your size before making a purchase, and we provide size charts on the product page for your convenience.

If you are dissatisfied with the items you receive, we are committed to finding a satisfactory solution. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you encounter any issues with your order.

30 Day Return Warranty

Customers may contact us within 30 days of receiving their item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size, or the wrong product, please reach out to us immediately.

Return Policy

Your item is eligible for return if one or more of the following cases occur:

  • The printed image is unclear.
  • The printed image is not centered on the shirt.
  • The wrong item was received.
  • The item is damaged due to delivery (e.g., torn, dirty).
  • The order does not match the size, color, or style as specified.
  • Other mistakes caused by us.

If your product exhibits any of the above issues, please contact us via email or our website with pictures of the errors and your order number. Fashionista Club will provide a refund or exchange once the issue is verified.

Note: Returns are only accepted for unused or unwashed items in the same condition as received.

Refund Policy

Once your item qualifies for a refund (see conditions in the Return Policy), we will process the refund within 5 business days.

The refund will be issued to the same credit card or original method of payment used for the order. Refunds are processed in the same manner they were received, ensuring fast and secure processing.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company and bank, as there may be processing delays. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@fashionistaclub.store.

Exchanges

While all products undergo quality control testing prior to shipment, we understand that issues may arise. If you encounter any of the problems listed below when opening the package, please take a photo and email it to us directly with your order number.

  • Printed image is not clear.
  • The printed image is not in the correct position.
  • Wrong item received.
  • The item is damaged in shipping (e.g. torn, dirty).
  • The order is not the correct size, color, or style as specified.
  • Other errors were caused by us.

Once the issue is verified, we will send you a replacement product.

Note: Please refer to the size guide provided. We are not responsible for size problems if the size matches your requirements. However, if we deliver the wrong size compared to your order, our above policy will apply.
